The life

The reason you're doing this

Spain is where Europe goes to live well: sun, the sea, dinner outside at ten. The numbers agree with the feeling.

The process

  3. Photograph your documentsFrom your phone, in any order. A checklist tells you what and when.Your phone

That's all you do. The next thing you hear is a decision.

The certificate is fine, it just needs the Hague apostille on the back page. Your local notary can do it in a day.

Questions

The short ones are here. For anything else, ask below.

For the Digital Nomad visa, yes: you apply while you're legally in Spain, and a tourist entry counts. The Non-Lucrative visa is filed at the Spanish consulate in your country.

Our intake coordinator collects the facts and your lawyer confirms eligibility in writing afterwards. The call costs €49 and is credited against the €990 fee.

It's our full service fee with 21% VAT included. Government fees are separate and shown up front in the calculator, so there's nothing to discover later.

Yes. Each family member adds €200 to the fee, and the income requirement rises with them. The calculator shows your threshold with dependants.

The check shows you the gap. On the call, your lawyer looks at the whole picture: contracts, dependants and how your income is paid. We don't file cases that don't qualify.

Not yet. It must be issued within 90 days of filing, so we tell you when to order it once your filing date is set. Apostille times differ by country and are on your checklist.

Filed from Spain, the law gives the office 20 working days, and about 30 is typical. No answer by then counts as approval, though a request for more documents pauses the clock. At a consulate the legal term is 10 days.

Our fee is €990 with VAT, plus €200 per family member. Filed from Spain, government fees are €73.26 for the application and €16.08 for the residence card, per person. The calculator adds it all up.

No. It doesn't allow work in Spain, and that includes remote work for clients abroad. If you work remotely, the Digital Nomad visa is the route for you.
